At our first meeting, you can expect a detailed report of the market in which your property is located, detailed information on comps, and a thorough report that discusses pricing. White Oaks Vista
Welcome to White Oaks Vista. This home is located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains just outside beautiful Gatlinburg, TN. White Oaks Vista sits on Zurich Court overlooking Gatlinburg with incredible views of the Smoky Mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. From the main level of the home you can see the Sky Bridge, Space Needle, and Anakeesta and Ober’s ski lifts. You will enjoy the views from this cabin during the day and the lights at night. Nice king sized rooms, a large family room, fun games, and a large deck with a hot tub. You will have every accommodation you can think of. We are always here to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We send out a manual with all the rules and safety information as well as local numbers to contact in case of any emergency. Come experience the amazing views and wildlife inside White Oaks Vista.
